I have been using the system since I assembled it 3 weeks ago. My graphics card was RTX 2070. I installed COLORFUL iGame GeForce RTX 5070 Ultra W OC GDDR7 in this system, I am experiencing this problem. At first it would rarely open, now it does not open at all and gives this error. I did a lot of research, this is usually an error that occurs in old graphics cards, but mine is both new and up-to-date, does anyone have any ideas? Note: When I install it in the old system, it freezes and shuts down while typing the computer's opening password.

Is your MB bios uptodate? Otherwise it sounds like the card might be possibly faulty.

Had a similar issue, it was motherboad BIOS and a faulty GPU (both) in my case.

Update the motherboard BIOS and try again.

Try with a different GPU.

Yes, I just did the latest update.

I tried the RTX 5070 card in the old system and it still didn't work. I'm currently actively using my previous RTX 2070 card and I have no problems. I think the RTX 5070 is broken. I updated the motherboard bios.

I changed PCIE Gen auto to Gen4 from bios settings. And it was solved.
