Last game you purchased?

A complete bundle from an indie studio who create surrealistic/dark puzzle/adventure games. $10 on current Steam sale, including two OSTs:

Also got Truberbrook for $3 from GOG, a point'n'click where the whole scenery was hand-crafted before being digitized:

Just Snagged Star Wars Jedi Survivor for $12 on Steam.

Don't normally nab games above the $10 mark, but the kids really enjoyed watching me play through Fallen Order and my daughter is super into Star Wars right now so why not.

Maybe it'll drop down to <$10 at some point but then I'm out... no more than $11 so oh well.

Picked up some odds and ends when still overseas.

Halo:TMCC - my brother just dropped a copy of that on me in Steam. So I installed it this past week. He wanted to play the games through on coop since they're all setup for that now in this collection. I launch the game and when I get in there....I still have to install each game individually that I want access to playing. Minor inconvenience, but what did I install if it didn't install the games - just the launcher?

Next I select what games I want to install (just started with the first two) and apparently you can choose if you want to do single player or multiplayer or both. Single player is only required if you want to play the game by yourself or coop. Multiplayer is if you plan on playing multiplayer matches against others.

I get the couple of games installed (first two games are roughly 20GB, so didn't take long). I go to start the game and now I have to log into Microsoft (Xbox account).....son of a.....without doing so I cannot play coop (maybe you can play normal single player without it, but I'm not sure). In my case I do have an Xbox account since I pay for the kid's Gamepass on the Xbox.

After all that, zero issues so far.

Just thought I'd share my experience with it.

Imagine Minecraft, but in space and you travel the stars.
And it's on sale!

I like. Could never get into Minecraft, but this is just different enough to be more interesting and fun!

the old one is very great, the new one its also one of the greatest RPG PC for this year....

CoD3 looks hella crude yet still very playable. GT6, well, is one hella dope racing game. Way better than GT Sport on PS4. Also even being from Japan, it's still totally in English
:)

Rebuying this after EGS email debacle. Game is effectively EOL with last major DLC map released. Meaning the cards have all fallen so I can safely pick up the two OP (and highly necessary) PTW DLC that serve two purposes.

1. They remove all fluff that exists only to justify all of the other fluff.
2. Makes the game fun without requiring 400 hours of grinding to get to point where game is fun.

Guess that it's the same series as MudRunner? Bought it a while ago when it was on discount in Steam (and lol, it was a freebie on Epic the next week  ), yet haven't played.

I didn't have to purchase it, because the folks over at Wube Software are awesome, but I'm playing through Factorio on a train world again, but with the "Space Age" expansion. Just built my first space platform and a nuke plant yesterday. I still think that Factorio is an absolutely awesome game and still proves that excellent games don't need bleeding edge graphics. I attest with my 910 hours of play time.

On a side note, Factorio's performance on my Macbook Pro became abysmally bad with recent OS X updates, but was 100% fixed by switching to the experimental Metal renderer for anyone who might be in a similar boat. OpenGL in the latest versions of OS X seem a bit flaky.

Wreckfest 2 when it was like 5 bucks..

What the hell, there's 2 already? Haven't purchased the first one still, still stuck with Flatout Ultimate Carnage

OpenGL in macOS has been deprecated in favor of the proprietary Metal API since its introduction in 10.11 El Capitan.

It's still there for compatibility reasons, but no longer officially supported by Apple. I guess it won't be long before they retire it altogether.

just fyi, Factorio loves X3D cpu's from AMD more than any other game, even a budget AM4 X3D cpu will run that game at like 500 fps

Again, a Castlevania Compilation, this time with the 3 DS games.
Already done them, but I like, and when you like ...

Just bought Kingdom Hearts - The Story so Far for PS4. Can't play it yet as I ordered a physical copy. :D
Nice day for fishing

Is only available at 29.05., but the demo was so sweet, and VLDL is just fun to watch :)

I still play the first Insurgency sometimes. There is a mod for the first Insurgency that recreates the old SOCOM games from playstation 2 era. Not sure if those are still up and running or not, but yeah, good times!

I heard the game kinda went to shit after the dev studio got bought out.

Same series that got broken up and went from technical heavy truck sim-cade into reusing brand for gamer mom and kids releases.

Mudrunner is short and pretty fun if you can get into it. Both it and Snowrunner are a lot better with friends. Solo can get brutally hard even with top tier ptw equipment.
