ASRock's Radeon RX 9060 XT Steel Legend OC impresses with a great-looking white design that features the best RGB effects out of the cards tested this week. In addition, the triple-slot, triple-fan cooling solution runs at whisper-quiet noise levels while still maintaining excellent temperatures.

So anyway this costs more than the lower end versions of the 7700XT here. Yay.

Also a good looking card! Wonderful colour scheme for a white themed build!

It seems that Asrock is doing well on their last gens in regards to noise / temps. I remember back in the days they were all over the place.
They have improved a lot.

The prices on 16gb models are cheaper than 7700 XT at top 3 retailer in central europe. Pricing is surprisingly good i think.

In the US this model is still in stock at Newegg for $390; cheapest RX 7700XT (Asrock model on Amazon) is also $390 right now. So I would take the 9060 XT. There is one Gigabyte model of the 5060TI 16 in stock at $442 (including the shipping) at Newegg right now, all the other 16 GB 5060Ti are like $480 or more.

The chip substrate is very different in color (ocean blue) compared to the chip made in China.

Just ordered one from Newegg. $389.99. I simply can't justify $550 and up video cards anymore. A midrange PC is going to have to do now.
