Update HWinfo or download the latest one. Shows all values now for 9070XT.
EDIT : I'm not sure what is at fault now. 25.6.1 refuses to show the watts on HWinfo. 25.5.1 shows the watts but they are doubled! 9070XT does not use 574 watts whilst playing FM8 but HWinfo thinks it does.

It has been discussed here in this topic. Update HwInfo64 to https://www.hwinfo.com/files/hwi_827_5750.zip in order to fix this.
Also if you use GPU-Z then update that to the latest v2.66 too.

Absolutely unusable on my machine; my 6700 XT is just unable to work fine with this driver. Black screen after black screen after black screen. And... I was having this issue on ALL drivers of this year. AMD are definitely smoking a lotta crack there.
