Breathing new life into an "old" soundcard. Creative X-Fi Titanium HD

What is the problem, is it with the TitaniumHD ? Last when i used my TitaniumHD was september last year, after that i got the SoundBlaster AE-9... But if u are getting crackling sound and crap of this sort, i had the same after some time of use, it was not there before that, if i remember properly, i did fix this crackling audio, when i did change modes from entertainment to audio creation mode, then back, and it would fix the crap audio output temporary, till next time... I think this is die to the age of the capacitors, and if they get replaced, it would not happen... Tho that started happening on Windows 10, then Windows 11....

I have titanium not hd. I don't have crackling at all now. no stuttering or any other issue. but it's 2.40 driver which has lower sound quality compared to 2.17 and I can't install 2.17 because I need to allow windows to install unsigned and it just doesn't let me .
 
To force Windows to install unsigned drivers, you must hold down the Shift key and click Restart in the Start menu. Startup options will then appear, listing various modes. the mode required is thr No. 7.

using the bcdedit commands is the same.
no intergrity check on
testsigning on
 
Using official 2.40 Titanium drivers
using the ctxfihlp.exe registry from the modified drivers + Running it as ADMIN from Task Scheduler

No settings RESET, no need for SLEEP
No Synchronize with Windows Speaker so I can choose Headphones + 7.1
All options works, what's u hear, MIC detection
I disabled the 2 Creative Services Creative Audio Engine Licensing Service CTAudSvcService
No BSOD no Error No Freezes

The only thing I can't compare is the quality between 2.17 and 2.40
