@Tatty_Two

So I heard you were firing blanks? ;)

Far too small, we used 155mm with a range of over 15 miles back in the day and they were never blanks :p

Im joking! I know its a mortar shell

I dare say the driver and passengers found their religion pretty quick after that.

Gotta be a rigged pic as that would not have gone thru like that, it would have just left a massive dent that would probably have killed all the passengers, just the velocity it would have hit the car with from it's highest trajectory (inertia) of around 600 -700m would have hit that car like a one ton sledgehammer.

Sadly, I've seen things like that. I'm willing to accept that as possibly being a real thing.

I assume its pretty rigged aswell. Im also curious about the wolverine tears just above the filler cap though. Surely the stabilisers on the mortar shell would have been torn off instead of cutting through like that.

About the 3 lug nuts? Hopefully there were the correct torque. ;)

Well what's definitely not real is 300km being equal to 2.8 football fields lol

Although a 100km football field would be something lol

300km = 2.8 football fields? WHAT? You meant meters, not kilometers, right?

And yeah, undetonated ordnance happens. I've personally seen it. Hell, I've seen one go through an engine block and not go off.

  • "Feeler" threads, or threads to "check the interest of item(s)" are not acceptable. No pre-sale threads. No listing items that will be for sale in the future.
  • No sales, WTB or trade dialogue is to take place in any public forum (including profile posts), all transactions/requests should be made in the B/S/T forum for transparency and to safeguard both parties. If members wish to discuss B/S/T outside of the B/S/T forum they do so at their own risk and must be done by private messaging.
I can see why you did it but it does happen to be explicity outside of the rules set by the site admin.

I would suggest PMing the supermods and working out a mutually beneficial arrangement with them.

The Clubhouse is not for any sort of speculative trades. While you might think this is harsh, can you imagine how bad it would be if we allowed people to post 'fishing' threads. It'd be a fucking mess. Calling an admin a 'dick' for doing their job is unacceptable.

Let's not be all soft and cuddly here. Use PM or the B/S/T thread, as per the forum rules.

I feel bad for you Britons with those new censorship laws. VPN sales seems to have skyrocketed there :D

Free Internet may be a memory soon for EU as well though.

I have booked a trip to Cornwall for May 2026. I am definitely going to climb tintagel castle again, that was amazing. Heligan's gardens and Eden Project, although I really liked them, I probably will be skipping those this time, and try to just explore some lesser known beaches or something. Also, planning to do a small trip to Wales with my cousins who live in Shropshire to see some of the castles there.

UK countryside is hella beautiful what I know of. That makes me want to visit the country one day, I don't like the cities (as I don't like the city life in overall in any country), but countryside.... just beautiful. :)

edit: Remember to take and post pics!

Have you been to Warwick Castle?

It's mainly about protection for children, it does not effect adults AFAIK.

Except that people are now required to ID themselves for access to naughty noods.

It's illegal to sell porn to kids, so the web has always been a huge loophole in the law. Policy makers are damned whatever they do. But young kids shouldn't be watching porn that often has degrading, unrealistic, or aggressive acts. Consenting adults can do what they choose, but children should be shielded.

Edit - and the argument about parenting doesn't swing it, because the supplier of a pornographic magazine/movie, etc, isn't allowed to sell to kids. The onus is on them to restrict the distribution. But VPNs, as mentioned, bypass it anyway.

Agreed.

Enthusiastically agreed!

We need this everywhere.
