The TPU UK Clubhouse

It's the humidity that gets me, the UK does not seem to ever hit 25C plus without high humidity, I love the sun and would prefer a 45 degree celcius desert with very low humidity to a 27 degree UK with the opposite.
Ya I used to work in the goves (Govi Desert) for a bit, summer hit about 35-38C but humidity was probably 10%..............although with no trees for 100s of KM and dark rusty colour dirt and a strong wind it was kinda like a convection oven lol

I lived in Kuwait for 4 years mid to late 90's, it was quite commonplace in the summer months to exceed 50C and even during the night the lows were mid 40's but apart from maybe one day a year it was a dry heat. Damn we used to play softball in those temps in the middle of the desert.

Just need to struggle through today then i'll have some reprieve

Sleeping at night is a piece of cake. Try working nights and sleeping in daytime. :D Luckily, I'm used to the scorching hot Hungarian summers, so for me, this is business as usual. :)
