This display IPS LCD Suffer degradation in storage? Degradation leds backlight and líquido crystal

Double check your spelling on the translator, can't make sense of what you're writing. I get the idea though, if you're asking if IPS LCDs degrade while in storage, the answer is no. However, the other electronics that make the monitor work can degrade over time (capacitors, etc.) - it just takes a very long time to do so.

Keep the device in a safe, dry place away from the sun and you'll probably be OK.

The backlight LEDs on the 3.5" IPS LCD display contain organic materials that degrade during long-term storage and loss brightness. Are liquid crystals organic and do they also degrade during long-term storage?

The answer is no to all of these questions. As I've mentioned earlier, store it in a cool, dry place away from humidity. If you're talking a couple of years, you'll be OK. Past that, there may be issues with capacitors and the sort on the monitor's mainboard, but these issues are often fixed by simply leaving it on for a while.

No they don't. If this were an OLED monitor, then by definition, it would contain organic materials. But the backlight LEDs on IPS displays do not. Even so and if this were an OLED display, unless talking many years of storage, I would not be concerned about the "organic" materials degrading just because they were organic.

Dr. Dro is correct. Keep it stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Also ensure it is not exposed to insect or rodent activity as they love chewing on wire insulation, and just about anything else.

Having said that, time marches on. EVERYTHING ages. NOTHING lasts forever. So even brand new electronics, still sealed in the original packaging, can only survive sitting unused on a shelf for so long.

You're overthinking it. Unless the display is made of pisspoor materials in a foul manner, you can store it for much longer than this display remains up to date.

I had a dozen of monitors rotting in a humid closet for a decade (don't ask me why) and only one of them was hurt by that. It STILL works but colour accuracy is no longer there. All monitors are 15+ years old today.

Interesting to hear your experience, 10 years in a humid closet is definitely a stress test! It's good to know most of them held up. I guess that supports the idea that as long as the storage conditions aren't extreme, most LCDs can handle long-term storage pretty well. Thanks for sharing that.

Do LCD IPS display manufacturers have any storage recommendations to avoid degrading LEDs and liquid crystals? Manyvariation?

10 to 20 degrees Celsius.
<40 percent humidity.
No strong winds, earthquakes, etc.
No Zerg infestation.
No chemical experiments nearby.
And absolutely no nuclear bomb sites in the vicinity.

And the displays might even outlive you.
