what do you guys think of this card as a budget gamers card.

It a little more at the egg but I might buy it there because if I don't like it they are more friendly with returns.

I did look at the 3850 cards but when overclocked they cannot touch this card and it does have a better cooler. Plus even in a month the resale will be good on this card because of the warranty.

I ordered this card for 129.00 XFX GeForce 8800 GT Video Card - Zalman Edition, 512MB DDR3, PCI Express 2.0, SLI Ready, (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV and a soft voltage mod this card should come very close to 8800gts/9800gtx speeds at alot less money. Plus I hate loud hot coolers. I also like the warranty.

I had XFX on my 76's....loved the warranty, altho they are a bit on the slow side for RMA's. 3 weeks was fast for my 3 experiences with them!

found this card and cancelled my order http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3507889&CatId=3670 bought it instead. It's not a 4870 but it cost about 160.00 + a 40.00 game I wanted anyways. Also If it's not enought with this warranty I can always ebay it.
