Disabling powerplay on 4850

Hi i was just wondering how i would go about disabling powerplay on my 4580 so the card will just run at the same speed constantly.any help would be greatly appreciated.

Overclock it 1mhz in CCC.

i allready have got it clocked at 710 core & 1125 mem. I have been trying to do the pencil mod but when ever i run 3dmark 06 & Vantage i get skips in the frame rate any ideas what this might be? I have spent at least 5 hours trying the mod but i can never seem to get more than 1.9v. :banghead:

Or mod the bios so the 2D and Powerplay are identical to the 3D clocks?

...1.2v should do it...

Don't worry about the skips, alot of people with 48xx cards get this.
