    Do you use your GPU for Compute?

    I was learning Android App Development and after that AI but gave up at about halfway point into the former. Now its just gaming and madVR. I do use my GPU for anything that permits it from time to time, be it photo editing, transcoding etc.

    Corsair CX650F RGB version? Right? According to theCultist tier list its in the mid tier range ( for RGB version only ). It should be okay. 4070 is extremely efficient! You could also check extreme.outervision.com for calculation. According to me atleast, its fine.

    You could also go to a chiplevel repair specialist. My friends gtx 970 was repaired by a chiplevel repair man.

    Please tell us which PSU you have? You can also try your GPU on a friends computer (who has the required PSU), if it works, problem is with your system. If it doesn't RMA it.

    Did you backup your original bios, could you flash-back that bios and report back?
