i think ibuypower will charge great amount for shipping of the pc. i would say buy parts from a micro center if nearby, or other usual store such as bestbuy. mostly microcenter has great prices. Edit it seems they charge less than 100. Still self build pc is going to be better priced

ok but then when i input a 720p image it should still be of the same scale and should look the same as a 1080p image. But both 720p and 1080p are different on my screen. 720p is big and clear, say magnified. 1080p is small and hard to see from a distance if looking at small characters.
