Thanks for the replies. I'll wait for the new 1180 cards to come out. Any suggestions on a 4K monitor 27" or do I really need one? The rig is just for gaming.

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my video card to either a 1080Ti or the new 1180Ti when it comes out. Will everything in my system specs be ok to run with either card or might there be a problem? There might be a 4K monitor in the mix to. Thanks

Hi Everyone, After reading all the replies and suggestions, (and they are all good) I am looking at the Asus Rog Swift. If I have to up grade in 2 years to keep the settings high than I guess I will go SLI. I certainly am not a expert on monitors but I am learning a lot here. Thanks

This is interesting. I was hoping 2 or maybe even 3 years for it to last. (pc) What you are saying makes sense. Maybe I better rethink this buy, and at the same time save some money to. Why only a maximum of 24" on the monitor? Thank you for your input.
