    I am having gigabyte 8800gt 256mb.I am able to run it at 100MHz in 2D mode using atitool without any errors.But rivatuner is showing some warning I dont know why.the least frequency in rivatuner is 225MHz.Is it safe to run at this frequency??:confused:

    I think it has one important thing every one forgot....Hybrid SLI technology. again cant these guys implement it on the card itself by disabling sp s than using a separate set on a motherboard. hope the next gen does that.

    try two 9800gtx or gt...above this configuration its like running a heater...:laugh: this it self is bad i think...may be 600watts at full power....

    i know that....still deeper....what happens to the gpu ( like some hardware will be disabled ) stuff like that...can it be manually controlled like stick it to 2D only and not letting it to jump to 3D... or only the frequency changes like stepping in a cpu... because i heard frequency stepping...

I have gigabyte 8800gt i use gamer hud software which reduces the frequency to 450Mhz.But by using Rivatuner i can still reduce it.I need more details about this cos my computer will be switched on all night for downloading stuffs....will it reduce the power consumption...
