Use other USB flash drive, download latest bios Asus maximus ranger viii 3802, and extract to desktop, then rename extracted bios file to M8R, format USB drive with rufus to FAT32, copy M8R to the usb flash...

    You have one RAM stick in DIMM_A1, try put that stick in the DIMM_A2 slot. And after that try CLEAR CMOS:

    You should try with another USB flash drive.

    Try extract BIOS and only rename to Z87P without CAP, file name extensions might be hidden. Then copy to the USB flash drive and try.
