FTool installed Hitachi drive. Loaded up and then rebooted with Feature tool and it says that the SATA change is not an option for this disk??? Any ideas on how to get this thing to 3GB/s Model HDS725050KLA360 P/N 0A32216 MLC: BA1963

first build I installed windows 64 bit and everything seems to says Windows 32 IS there a problem or do I need to adjust something? Kinda at a loss here.
