The way that I was doing it was - add and remove > ati removal tool > dcpro - overkill I know but I do like to make sure. ;) I'd be inclined to agree with you about the psu could I not run Far Cry with everything turned on. I'm gonna try a new version of xp to see if that's what's giving...

I've just seen a Sapphire X1600PRO 256 HDTV AGP at a knock down price. How would it compare to my 16 pipe Sapphire x850pro?

I installed the 6.4's easily enough, but my vpu temp has gone up 5C, I lost 2 sets of WDM drivers (which didn't install properly with the 6.3's - yellow "?" in device manager), gained ATI T200 Unified AVStream Driver (?) and when I move icons around my desktop they leave an annoying line behind...

Your drive cage must be modded, and if I remember correctly, the fan shroud has to be removed in order to fit the silencer. Some guys have had success with both the Zalman VF700-CU and the VF900-CU, although the drive cage still has to be cut. Do a search here (if you haven't already) you...
