what CPU do you have? You can see through previous screenshots my configuration, that was the configuration that got the best results, but all cpus are different, you have to try and adjust until you get your best configuration.

Here are the results after the changes, I checked the msi won't let me exceed 45 watts even after the changes! The Limit Reasons are the ones I had before, nothing red. With this configuration I got the highest result in the cinebench.
