Well, Getting a SSD is a big deal. it speeds up your boot, softwares, setups, copy pasting and loading games. @1080p R9 280X is very good. you can run many games (with a little customization and OC) @ 60 FPS. upgrade your GPU later in 2016 and get a SSD. Samsung Evo 850 will be a good choice.

if you have any other pc or friends and family that can help you with , do it. change the gpu and psu and see what happens. this way is the best and easy way to ensure the safety about your hardware.

a huge problem that i had with amd was black screen when i had r9 290. just google it " R9 290 & 290X black screen. give me one link of nvidia`s huge driver issue that it makes people RMA their cards...

well about AMD drivers in my experience : when i had sapphire r9 290 trix , i had blackscreen issue with all drivers except 14.4. glitching in desktop and then i had to increase core voltage to +15 mv to fix that. i had to down clock the core to stock. at last i just RMA that after contacting to...
