Yep it does appear to depend on what is on screen, just ran Eve-Online at 19x12, HDR, 24xAA, 16xAF during a fight and actually maxed it out :pimp:, this card is beast still had over 70FPS:respect: : Thanks for help guys, the drivers appear to working, so ill wait for the next official set :)
