it'll be an interesting board if i upgrade my LAN rig. Using the onboard for Phsyx would make it quite useful.

And... express gate can handle media? i thought it was purely a nbrowser/IM feature

Can browse Pictures. and on some mobos it can also play music.
And it can handle all files, downloading etc, just cant always open em.

i'm getting a new media PC board tomorrow, with express gate. i'll see what ican do.

I know peoples have hacked the Image file and added stuff to it. I just wish they released a PDF viewer for it :(

Lol na, RAID fast small drives, for faster boot times. (E.g., four 2.5" 7200 hd's)

Onboard 9300 can be used as gfx, hybrid gfx or the physx processor. So, the 9300 would be that dedicated physx processor.
 
Looks like a nice little board, I'll definitely start considering it for my budget builds. It would definitely make a great LAN rig thanks to the onboard 9300 which I would use as a PhysX processor and put a powerful graphics card in the PCI-E slot.

The current ASUS Intel m-ATX around here (G45) which is basically the same thing with intel onboard is like $210 lol. The G43 is also pretty expensive at $150.

I'm sure somebody could come up with a linux distro that could fit on that space.

Here, the ASUS 630i board is only $69.99, since this board is the replacement, I don't expect it to be that much more.

Comparing the price on the Intel based board to nVidia based boards isn't a good way to judge price. Intel's chipsets requires a more complicated, and more expensive, board design than nVidia's. The G45 boards still require a seperate southbridge to run the SATA controllers, and a seperate IDE controller, both greatly complicate board design. The nVidia chipset has all that in a single chip.
