I wish that board was around when I got mine I am looking to go crossfire again one day and 16x 8x and 4x dosnt really float my boat :(

Foxconn has been coming out with all these uber and awesome looking boards for the Intel chips. I Want some for AMD :(

Wow... that board look's/sound's pretty sweet, Foxconn are impressing me by far... not something i ever imagined, but i'd be more than willing to get one of thier latest boards, knowing they have 10/10 customer support aswel :D

HMM..do I upgrade to this from my DFI DK P45 T2R? thoughts?

I'd wait for a review to make sure you're not losing too many BIOS options.

A board at such a high end level i'd like to think you wouldn't lose any BIOS feature's what so ever, fair does you might lose one or two, but i do agree with DanishDevil... it's probably fail safe if you wait for a review first.

With this you could do crossfire 4850 and get the same performance as a 4850x2 at much less of the cost and it would probably overclock more smoothly. This is a great mid-high end gamer board for that purpose alone.

You really need to study up on DFI my friend. For someone new to them you may want to look at what they offer befor making assumptions like that.

I own a DFI DK P35 and a P53 BLood Iron and the both PWN the OC abilities of Foxconns X38A mobo.

Telling ppl to swap mobo's without any knowledge of what they have in their hands isnt a good thing to do IMHO!

The first comment i jumped towards the Foxconn board yes, but in the comment you just quoted i'm sure i was saying that it will be a good idea to wait for a review :)

no you state you would like to think, which is an assumption. DFI's are know to have some of the most comprehensive bios option on the market.

Secondly if your "theory" is right, why does the mars Oc so well then on the release of the X38 it was a retarded bios lacking all sorts of options.

Just a tip, never assume in the PC world, it will only lead to disappointment!

... It was just an open minded thought, did'nt mean anything by it, even more so as i know most people's expertise on this site are well pass those of mine. and yes i do see your point about you should never assume... but as i said it was just my thought, but yeh... i do admit i could of worded it better in the first place.
