Thermaltae is out on the market with a brand new multi-purpose 12 cm fan. The ISGC fan appears to come with some odd curves on the blades at first sight, but this is for a reason - to help keep the noise levels coming from spinning to the absolute minimum. The 120x120x25 mm ISGC uses Hydro Dynamic Bearing (H.D.B) system, spins from 800 to 1300 RPM and has max aiflow of 58.3 CFM at only 16dBA. In the package you'll also find four rubber vibration-absorbing mounts. The ISGC 12 cm fan is yet to be priced. For more information, click here.

Ahh they had start stealing ideas ....

I love Thermaltake Smart fan II , but not the slow case fans .

The practically best 120mm must run at 2000rpm 75 - 85 CMF .

Everything less , its just a medium fan .

Not bad for people who worry about noise. But in my mind if your going for performance and tryign to be quiet your trying to fly a plane with no wings.

true , silent stuff and performance is opposite to its other concepts .

But the best compromise between the two, makes as to name and choose the best fan !! (among the others ) :)

They try to make the fan blades in shape of flowers or something? Looks very attractive.

You wont see em flowers when they starts ta spin ye hehehe

I like this fan, alot.

looks too much like a flower...

Im liking the look of this. If they really kick out that much airflow at only 16db, ill happily do my case in them - the colour scheme is fantastic too.

Im a silence freak, dont hurt me :D

I will be impressed if a company produces a fan that can deliver over 75 to 100 cfm and keep the noise levels below 20 db. Until then I will continue to use "noisy" fans.
