Of the two I'd go with the r600 but I think I'll wait for nvidia and ati/amd (whatever we call it now) to bring out their second generations of dx10 cards.

i always wait for whats hot to get replaced....its a cheap way to go.....r600 should be nice but its unified shaders are first gen for this type of ati card..i never buy first generation stuff...always has bugs....

yeah, it has to have bugs...cus its quiet hard to have a beta gfx card testing, or only enable parts of the gfx card unless its fully purchased
