Lian Li Announces PC-X900, the Ultimate Mid-Tower Gaming Chassis

Lian- Li... asian porn star name if you ask me :P

Tall case is taaaalll

i agree

i'm looking at the Lian Li PC-X1000 Full-Tower Case at the mo
and that is also hucken fuge
Dimensions: 230mm x 680mm x 430mm ( W x H x D)

whereas the Lian Li PC-X900B Full Tower Aluminium Cases Dimensions are
(W) 230mm x (H) 598mm x (D) 388mm
:wtf: it's actually smaller so i think at 206.82 US$ more i'll give it a miss;)

that case is great but the price sucks big time...500 dollars for a mid tower, are they mad????

Meh, ugly. I don't like meshes, side windows and visible fans.

What is the point of having three intake fans and one exhaust if the zones are separated? (As I understand it)
:nutkick:

Same thing on the SilverStone Raven RV02 chassis...

positive pressure inside the case, keeps dust out of it.

I though Lian li hand build cases that's why they cost so much.

they're checked to be very clean fitting or something.

I know there's positive pressure but for the high end hot OC'd rig, that one 120mm isn't gonna be enough.

I recently replaced the top exhaust fan (140mm tricool) of my antec 300 with two of these. I had to undervolt these to about 3V to get them quiet. These undervolt like a dream.

And now I'm finally pleased with the cooling of my chassis. It has 2x 1900rpm Scythe Slip Streams on the front, original 120mm Tricool (changed fan header to be adjustable) on the side, 1900rpm Slip Stream on the CPU (OCZ Vendetta 2) and the fan from the OCZ on the back. Plus the 2 Tigers. All are adjustable. Also the GPU fan, which is from an old PSU.

Normally I keep the Slip Streams @ about 600-800rpm

The 140mm Tricool would move air, but it made annoying humming even on low speed. And all of the hot air wasn't pushed out. Now it is. And those Tigers are moving a hell of a lot more air than the Tricool with same level of audibility.
