Anyway, if it's anything like their LGA 1155 Z68 lineup, the "Professional" is placed just above the Extreme4 board.

no Asus and ASrock are seperate Entities, but both have there motherboards made by Pegatron or w.e well sorta Asus is moving away to other manufacturers now to distance itself from ASrock
