i still think this is disgusting and makes me not want to buy anything else apple. this is like an artist painted a picture of a person 5 years ago, so now he sues every other artist for painting pictures with humans in them for copyright violation. its insane.

They're going after Samsung because Samsung has the iPhoney killer capability, of all the mfg's i think Samsung has the best offering's ATM. Now that Google bought up Motorola thing's are going to get REAL interesting in the mobile world

It looks like they have now started with voice activated functionality in phones and is trying to hurt Google search:

This patent relates to the Siri way of doing Internet search. Obviously, Apple wants Siri to be a key differentiator for the iPhone 4S.
