Add on watercooling and you are now overboard. Also, that doesn't seem to account for overclocking, and that can make the processor or videocards suck up almost 2x that wattage.

Nice. Fully modular so it's easier to perfect-length all of the cables. (and be ready for possible connector changes if you keep this PSU for it's entire 10-year warranty period)

The only feature I'm not sure about is how that single/multi-12V switch-thing works. All that power on a single line could be hazardous. All the other stuff is pretty great. 10 year warranty, sleeved cables, fully modular, Gold, 1650W etc etc sounds good to me. At that price point you'll want premium stuff, and with the kind of setup that require that power you want quality too.

ya no kidding how is EVGA fail? EVGA owns... I have owned hand fulls of EVGA products and all of which are still amazing and strong products.

I have seen this PSU in person, its amazing. I only wish I could build a system that would need that kinda power and if I could I would use that PSU because of all the features and strength I can only imagine it has.
