The Inquirer noted that Slysoft promised it's customers that their software would be able to remove Blu-ray Digital Rights Management (DRM) software by the end of this quarter. It seems that the people at Slysoft have not only done this, but accomplished their goal an entire month ahead of schedule. AnyDVDHD version 6.1.3.0 adds more than just true Blu-ray support. It also promises to run on Windows Vista and XP x64 (along with all the other operating systems it supports). The free upgrade also removes region encoding. Now it seems that the only problem people will have with upgrading their PC's to support high-definition optical drives is affording the drive and Slysoft AnyDVD HD. You can get AnyDVD HD here, and if you already have it, you can patch yourself for Blu-ray support here.

Sweet!, but useless for me for i do not have a blueray drive :(
 
So if I happen to have a Blue Ray player and NO HDCP display. Could I use this software to rip off the block and this will let me use any display that I see fit?
 
That's what AnyDVD HD does, let you watch the movies you paid for on whatever hardware you paid for :) (The Inquirer refers to it as "remove the DRM infection").
 
HDCP is more of a playback security of devices...but when riped with drm removed, that its just a large hd movie (large as of massive file size, 10gb+)
 
I wish someone would happen to add this to DVD shrink
 
Yay now to go find a Blu-ray drive that I can afford! Oh wait, I can't.
 
Pretty f-ing sad! Legitimate f-ing users have to f-ing decrypt to watch their own f-ing movies or buy all f-ing compliant hardware...f-ing F!:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: Seems that the protection is causing piracy, even with legit owners of media.
 
This is supremo cool beans. I knew it was only a small amount of time before it was cracked. MUHAHAHAHAHAHA! DRM is useless FTW the Hack!
 
Sweet. I already own the HDDVD version 6.1.2.5, which works great with the HDDVD 360 add on. Guess it's time to head over and get my update.
