finally finished the BF4 campaign. I didn't enjoy it at all. I found it poorly written. I actually enjoyed the framing narrative of BF3. I wish Irish would stop whining for five minutes... Omar come whining, yo! I did like the improved A.I and shooting.

Played this game way too.much today! went up like 5 or 6 ranks. improved overall kd. got all the unlocks for m416 and built it out to how i had it in bf3 plus an acog and canted sights. fucking love this game!

played couple of minutes yesterday and was rewarded with yet another bsod. love the game, but crashes absolutely ruin the experience. no fix for 10 days now QQ

I haven't had any issues with BF4 since release. I did in the beta but that is to be expected.
So if they did push it through to beat COD then so be it. That is alright with me because I do not have plans at the moment to purchase/play COD: Ghosts and BF4 plays and looks great for me.

Majority of players are having issues - even on consoles, Even myself have had audio issues, and a BSOD while playing but I haven't suffered from frame drops like a lot of people have.

EA took a gamble and for the most part it was successful, but on the downside the game is very much broken

I even heard of a bug that would MUTE the entire server if someone used a silenced weapon LMAO

Well the only BSODs Ive experienced were unstable OC-related on my server I'm using to game for now (speaking of which if anyone still uses an HDD as their boot/main drive idk how the hell you stand it even if you've never owned an SSD--SO loud and slow) but I have had every other type of crash and still do though much less than a week ago. Definitely the audio crap too (perhaps the silencer bug).

I dont really care. Its EA cant expect much more. Issues will be resolved, no Battlefield has ever had a smooth launch, and with that i think BF4 is actually better off than BF3.

I totally agree ! Maybe these guys weren't here during the launch of BF3 and BBC2. They both had a ton of issues. It is frustrating, but seriously when a game goes world wide and is so full of new game play and engine it is doing really well. Have patience and realize as it goes on over the next couple years it will have more issues that pop up. It is just the way it is. There will be buffs and nerfs you hate too. :rolleyes:

Yeah I crashed outta our squad last night (didn't just bail).

Also unlike beta I can't counter any counter knifes anymore it seems. Gotta stop trying front stabs; do sometimes when out of ammo as reflex from BF3 which would usually result in a swipe good for 50 health hit (and plenty of kills as such).

Yeah it isn't nearly as easy. I have won one knife fight out of about a dozen so far.

A BSOD is 99% of the time an issue on your end. What error code do you get?

This is exactly what I thought and said before but damn if my luck hasn't changed so far, if nothing else.

Also ACW-R is way better than AK 5C even at vanilla. Tho I compared stats when I first unlocked it and looked like not a whole lot of diff besides higher rate of fire (880) and I stuck with 5C way longer than I should've. ROF such really helps effectiveness provided not a ton of recoil. Which I did find with the P90 (900) compared to in BF3 at least in SP which I guess I will never finish and unlock anyway due to buggy Campaign causing me to lose my whole aircraft carrier mission progress at the end. Screw doing that again (though the boat combat part was fun).

Thing is...while they "fixed it" by the 1st DLC, they absolutely and utterly DESTROYED the game by the 4th DLC, that sucked, i remember violent framedrops and systems that could hold their ground just fine being completely neglected by the game, a real shame, hope that doesn't happen this time around!

I am enjoying the game a lot, asides from the occasional server crash and losing like 10k points, it's all cool.
