Windows 10: A New Generation of Windows

I am really looking forward to what they will bring when it is finished :D Although I am concerned about the missing start screen, I will wait and see what the final product looks like. No need to complain when it is free and things can be turned off. Thank you for the information.

Grabing the ISO now, thanks1

installed this weeks new beta and I dont like W10. A "all in one" pop up start menu is not productive.
The Win 8 full screen start menu was a base of something, mostly it was QUICK and WIDE to put lots of you personal stuff. Classic or Win10 start menu is again a scrolling and branches nightmare....

Not to worry, Stardock will likely do a Start 10, as will other developers who came up with classic start menus.

You also need to sign in to use Cortana, I mean what is the world coming to, "I need to sign in with Microsoft account to use my Windows OS" this is outrageous.

this is one that i hate, ok now everything get online and you need to sign up, login, subscribe to use it

I hope it has an Aero Theme, and not this cheap Win 8 look.
Nope. Everything has that Win 8 look now.

And for fucks sake, stop calling shit "apps" on a desktop. This is not a mobile device.

I put Startisback on my windows 10 VM machine (it complains that it's not made for this version of windows but works fine from what I can tell) and I get the tried and true windows 7 start menu. Fuck that new shit
