Logitech Unveils its Most Advanced Wireless Mouse

^^ yeah, just as I thought...

Jokes aside (and the fact that they've got my $190 AND the board, which is not funny at all), it seems to be a pattern with this new "center". Just a few other examples - they accept an expensive speakers set for replacement, probably pocket the replacement released by Logitech, and then tell the customer "your item is not a Logitech product", and mail the defective unit back at Logitech's expense. Or in my case they probably pocketed the replacement board and then, 2.5 freaking months later, had decided to invent a story how they received a "brand new G15 from me" instead of G910 (yep, that ridiculous, and they don't care about serial #s, receipts and the fact that G15 box is heavier than what UPS recorded on my package)... Well, I guess it's time to let their head office know about this bunch of thieves (alongside some public @ reddit etc).

Logitech wants more money to sponsor flashy gaming events. That's why. Once they started doing that support has gone downhill. They hand out gaming stuff like candy at gaming events, but they say "they have no stock" to replace defective products!

You'd have better luck getting a replacement at a gaming event rather then going thru RMA!!
