Both can be oc'd to 4 GHz... 4c-8t 4GHz for 200$ and 4c-4t 4GHz for 125$, both with mobo and ram included... I wish I live in USA.-

That's very tempting. I mean it sounds like a very good deal but I have other priorities than build another rig.

I'm outside of USA, I can pay you with paypal or btc. After I pay you, you would have to ship items to any of my relatives who live there, or ship to a currier company I normally use to bring stuff from there. Then I'll have to wait for them to ship all items to me here.

That's why I say I wish to live there. Maybe next time.- :)
