Bykski, known as one of the biggest water block brand in China, after releasing the water block for GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 Founders Edition, today releases the first water blocks for non-reference design graphics cards, which is for both Colorful iGame GTX1080 XTOP and iGame GTX1070 XTOP.

The Bykski FR-N-IG1080 water block is designed as full cover, with nickel-plate for the anti oxidation treatment , and the visual is based on Colorful¡¯s Visual Identity and with its logo on it. It provides direct cooling for the GPU, RAM and VRM, as water flows directly over these critical areas thus allowing the whole graphics card working stable under high overclocks.

A red aesthetic back plate is included, and it also could enhance the PCB of the graphics card. The water block will be on sale in the regions that users can buy Colorful graphics cards, and the suggested retail price is $139 USD.

soo its a cooling block with a fat slab of extra acrylic that serves no function (just looks nice)?

You have a good point, but still it looks nice.

Someone should invent clear metal.

Damn, it looks nice.

Btw. that Colorful 1080 has 2x8pin? o.O

Off course is for aesthetic, and looks Amazing !

Well, setting the looks aside it seems Bykski's products get better and better quality wise each year. I hope they'll expand their market outside of China. The lack of support because of huge distance to their country is one of main reasons not many people get their blocks.

Dragons and red (pink?) everywhere. I guess the gaming market must love it.

Most people will only see the back plate anyway, so at least they made that look good.

It is evident that with the focus on the beauty deprive preformance and function on elements in use.
So rear panel does not inplement , cooling and protection of the elements on GPU , only partial stability against bending. Input liquid element is very large but has a very small hole for the flow of water. Thus will cut in half the flow rate in SLI that of trio not to mention . Copper work is good did not mention anything other than that it will be well cooled and again there is the problem of fluid flow in SLI . (Sequential bonding is not possible). Front cover is longer than the card and they could add connectors for power cables on the back .. all for lipstick and less for OC .

They have, and it's more expensive than InWin's latest design case (Aluminium Oxynitride, had to Google it, because I'm not clever enough to be a chemist)

Yep and it been proven that Dual 8-Pins don't make the 1080 go any higher than a single 8-Pin.

Yep, i know. Pascal is really disappointing in regards to overclocking :/ I've read somewhere that on extreme oc with LN 980Ti is faster.

its not pink , its salmon
