Apple Unveils Groundbreaking New MacBook Pro

Apple and groundbreaking in the same sentence lol.

I have to confess I do like their iPad Pros though.

Apple is too courageous for me. Not even one regular usb port?

Nexus 5X is quite popular here. It comes only with a cable with type-c connectors on both ends, so it is a usual issue for them, not being able to connect to PC without need of any adapters or some sort of on air sync.

Every new phone from any maker will and already utilize type-c connector and it is handy to have it!!
but how many keyboards, mice, usb drives, printers, ethernet adapters, ece use USB C? not that many, and in some cases, none at all.

USB C may be the future, but it isnt ubiquitous enough in day to day life to get rid of all the old ports.

The touch strip looks like a gimmick to makeup for the fact that Apple computers have no touchscreen support.

Also according to the Verge video I watched not all of these Mac books will have the Touch strip or four Thunderbolt 3.0 ports. If you want that you have to pay more then the entry level ~$1500 USD. More like ~$1800 for the 13" and ~$2400 for the 15".

USB-C is far better, no need to turn cable 3 times to get it to fit!

I always get it right on the first try. If the socket is horizontal, the holes are up. If the socket is vertical, the holes are in your side panel's direction (i.e. the one facing the motherboard).
