Not to sound like an ass, but this may be a bit beyond you. I suggest you do some reading on overclocking the X58 platform,
here would be a great place to start.
X58 can be super finicky when it comes to RAM. The fact that you're trying to run 6x 4GB sticks at high speeds is difficult by itself to achieve on this platform, but if you're not familiar with overclocking on this platform, you simply won't get there. You're going to need to get yourself familiar with each of the separate voltages, as well as the several different clock frequencies that are adjustable, and how these frequencies interact with each other. If your CPU only supports up to DDR3-1066, you would need to raise your BCLK to 300 to reach DDR3-2400. 300 BCLK is not going to happen. In fact, even if you could run on the DDR3-1333 divider, you would still need a BCLK of 240 to reach DDR3-2400. Again, not going to happen. With extensive tweaking and a ton of testing, you might hit 220 BCLK if you're lucky. 200-210 BCLK is
generally accepted as the max you'll get without insane voltages.
