I'm getting an error which i never had neither seen before O.O

http://imgur.com/p6DRPVK

Can you help?

I also get an error if i start as Administrator as:

'' 'AtiFlash' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file. ''

Damn, i just seen you did run it as admin.

Make a directory, copy the necessary files(including the atiflash too) then try it again.

Could be many reason but the best thing is, copy everything whatever you need into one directory(folder or what ever you name it).
You can make directory in explorer as well.

You may know folder , same as directory but different name.

I truly don't understand and how to do that :(

Formating my computer would solve it, doesn't it?
I just don't want to :(

What are you trying to do? Run the Asus Quiet BIOS installer (RX580.exe)? I would also try deleting all of the files in <drive_letter>:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\

I got that with a bad flash but a reboot fixed it that and using a admin shell not cmd then it's the same commands ish.

The card is hitting 65°C after playing BF1 for 1h since the temp target is in this bios set to 65°C.
Fans are in auto mode @45-55%. It take around 140-160W during gameplay at 1080p maxed out, no vsync.

After playing 2h BF1 at stock settings (1411mhz core / 2000mhz mem @ 1181mv), it crashed with a DirectX Error saying smth like "be sure you have the latest drivers installed....."
Now I add +12mv Vcore and +10% power limit and will test again.

Played for 2 more hours BF1 with only +12mv and no issues so far.
Also played WD2 for 15 min. Seem to work for me.
Max power draw was about 176W.

This is my PSU. You can compare if you want.
200W are about 17Amps. So if your PSU isnt garbage, it should handle it.

I would like to flash my strix with bios 1411. but I liked doing it in order to get everything functional like an original rx 580 strix, but I already saw that it is not so linear. And I do not feel at ease in these matters like you. I have a great desire to try, but then I'm afraid to do it.

If you can't oc to it now it's unlikely to change it much if any and if you have no access to 2nd GPU it can get tricky if you do it can sometimes get tricky , it's not worth it imho.

Do you think this issue comes with this faulty BIOS which has less voltage then the graphic card hangs? :(

I could push my rx480 till 1400mhz core (stable, +3x mv, +50% power limit). The reason why I flashed is because of the lower power consumption at idle/dual monitor/YouTube video watching and of course lower temps.
My oc rx480 pulled ~170W while gaming. The bios I flashed is TDP 180W (max power limit). I think (and hope) the rx480 can handle it.

The (idle) power consumption of my pc tower with one monitor plugged into the gpu is now 45W at 230V.
Bevore it was 60W.

I don't know man. I had the one you also used and with temperature patch 75ºC after 15 minutes in WD2 the game crashes... And before that i had screen line artifacts :(
Today morning i was using the 1360 MHz, i played CS:GO competitive match for 50 minutes, 0 issues.
That's the main reason i downgraded.
I'm also giving credit to Mademan when he said:

'' So, now I tested a bit with my XFX 480 RS:
I didn't get any better results:
1350 / 2200 MHz.

Over that wasn't stable in Timespy Benchmark. ''

I did not use the "silent bios patch". The temp target in wattman is 65C and I left it like it is.
With the new bios i also did not touch the mem clock.

Explain one thing to me. I know how to flash the bios for the rx 580, after this if i want to put the original bios back the process is the same? Only changing the bios rx 580 file to the rx 480 original file inside the folder ATIWinflash?

Yes, you need to rename your original BIOS Ellesmere.rom to rx580.rom and run the .bat file.
The .bat file only reads rx580.rom. You can edit the .bad file to anything you wan't but you don't need to.
Good luck.

So, i tested the Asus Strix RX580 OC BIOS @ 1360 MHz/ 2000 MHz and it runs perfectly fine once it gets full stressed under heavy load !!! :D
I would recommend this BIOS to any Asus Strix RX480 owner who don't want to compromise its stability neither its temperatures!
I'm also testing it with a very crappy PSU, which only punches 40A into the 12V rail.
I should use at least a PSU with 50A under 12V rail just for safety measures.
Don't fear flashing this BIOS, all goes good and reliable!

This is the one I'm using as well. Tried the "Quiet" version of this as well but it seemed unnecessary to me. Seems stable so far after benchmarks and gaming. I'll reserve judgement for a few weeks before reporting whether it's 100% stable for me. In my experience, slight instability can take a good amount of time to reveal itself.
