Hi Guys,
I am planning to buy 10TB Segate IronWolf Drive, I need to know, what this 3 or 5 years warranty exactly means...
-Suppose I have my data 9TB data kept on on 10TB drive and it fails, then how can I get back my data?
-Does Segate take my failed 10TB drive which has 9TB data and gives me Brand new 10TB of new empty hard drive?
-Suppose If am giving my failed drive with data to their service center to recover data then after recovery my data will be visible to recovery staff as well right? or do they give me any license software to recover by own?
Need to clear these doubts..
