Nintendo Reveals 2 Wii Peripherals At E3

Zapper is a gun designed to host both the WiiMote and the Nunchuk to act as a laser gun. The Zapper will retail for $20 and will be sold seperatly or bundled with specific titles.
Medal of Honor, Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles and a so far secret title will be the first games to utilize the zapper.

The Wii Wheel is a weird looking steering wheel which will launch with Mario Kart at the first quarter of next year but nintendo did not state its price.

Mario Kart (SNES) is one of my all-time favorites. Mario Kart 64 wasn't as good but was still fun. Haven't console-gamed for several years, but getting to use a steering wheel would be hella fun.

Laser gun looks ok - good value too if it's only £10, but I guess all of the technology is already in the Wii controllers TBH. Not sure if I'd ever bother with a wheel though.

the Wii wheel looks friggin awesome.

Dont seem to be the exact same devices....Weird.

That square wheel is the one you could get for one of the original games that came bundled with the wii at launch (can't remember what it was called, some 4x4 game) So it's been out for ages. The one at the top is obviously an improved version, same deal with the gun, looks more like a shotgun. :)

That gun is really sweet. That would be neat for HL2 on the PC.

oh my wii! That wheel would be kinda fun not very realistic but would be great with mario kart elc.

The gun's will pwn, especially with the classical.. DUCK HUNT!

I'd feel like a 5 year old boy playing with a toy called a 'Zapper'.
