That's how it is designed btw, some people wanted an installer, but personally I use it portable all the time, just copying the exe around
 
I just figured there was a link to a page for the contest with out getting gpu-z I have -0- issue with the older one to warrant getting the new just for this [ opinion ] ... no big deal I never win anyway ..lol......
 
I think it adds support for other things... but yeah... I'll hold on to the old version and pass.

A contest integrated in the application, I have to admit, is a bit off-putting. I'd rather donate to this wonderful application than have new versions with buttons for contests and have to get the next one to remove it.

ya, that was my thought in adding to intrusiveness of a software ?? [opinion]

I noticed that you can enter multiple times with the same email (well, I'm getting the same success alert box after clicking submit). The other web-based TechPowerUp giveaways always check to see if you've already submitted an entry. Is this a bug?

It kinda is, but we'll remove duplicates before picking winners anyway
