Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro Light Enhancement Kit are Dummy DDR4 Modules

But where is that Dummy 2080Ti for all those secret iGPU users among us?

Might as well make it an RTX Titan ... actually I think that "product" would sell very well to certain people over at WCCFTech. ;)

You can turn any value RAM to this look.

Can you take apart this thing? Ie used as a heatsink?

wow paying that much for some LED is just stupid
why on earth would anyone want to turn their pcs into neon signs in some shady red light district

just buy a fake one on Aliexpress
it would probably be cheaper than a dummy

I prefer the real thing.

Without spending on all the RGB nonsense the buyer could probably afford two extra real ram sticks for better performance.
RGB isnt nonsense and I will defend this everytime. RGB allows people to change the theme of their machine on the fly. After a certain period, I may get tired of green or blue and I can change my color theme to white, red, orange, yellow, etc without the need to purchase new fans to make that look happen. Not to mention, you cant really even find certain fan colors at all. And I can have the colors be lighter or darker.

So it is far beyond nonsense.

I dont need 32GB of ram though. So Id rather either have 16GB in the form of 4x4GB sticks or 2x8GB sticks with 2 dummy sticks. And since Corsair and other companies dont do that, id rather have 2 real and 2 dummy. Not to mention Ill get a better OC with 2 RAM sticks rather than 4.

We actually have pretty similar systems comically I came from x99 so 4 sticks at the time was a must... On my current system I would have went 2x16gb as I find 32GB much smoother than my old Corsair LPX 4x4GB although that ram was also a bit slower in general.

One question, can I put my naked rams in them to make it actually work?
Update
Corsair answer is NO!
I just suggested they should make one.
