Alphacool showed off an entirely new pump/reservoir combo at CES 2019, which they dubbed the Eisball. Just a quick look at this thing will tell you it is like nothing else you have seen before. Paired with their VP755 V3 pump which was recently updated, means not only is it entirely new from the ground up, it also has a truly unique appearance. Of course no product is complete without RGB LEDs, and the Eisball is no exception with the metal ring located on the outside hiding them from prying eyes while delivering bright illumination that will have no problems being visible in any case with a window.

All cabling for the LEDs and pump are thankfully sleeved in black which which is nice since no one likes mustard and ketchup cabling. There are four ports located on the unit two of which are on the front bottom and are clearly marked inlet and outlet, while another port is located on the opposite side. The last port is in the obvious location which is up top. In general, the Eisball is a unique pump/reservoir combo that will likely garner more than a few looks at CES this year. That said, all I can see when I look at it is R2D2 maybe I am just crazy? Let me know in the comments.

Wonder how long till someone tries to mod it into R2D2 or something equally star wars.

Edit: Should have read the article first. Looks like you are not the only one.

...ooo....ooo....ooo!!!

It's cute, might grab one if they are quiet too. Will probably airbrush the fake chrome into something mat.

No way, you guys are so off, this is obviously a thermal detonator.

Knowing Alphacool, quality isn't always their strongest point. I try to stay away from plexiglass(?) threads.

That said it looks a bit like a hand grenade.

nope, all of yinz is wrong, like totally bonkers....

it's obviously just a highly modified heisenberg compensator, which will allow you to overclock ANY cpu to 1000GHZ, then transport your entire rig into the next gaming dimension, and keep it running at -5183c, due to zero intertertiary nadion pulse resistance :D

All wrong again. Geez.
Pokeball, that's what it is.

After seeing this, have 3 stack of these. remove 2 of the pumps and build together to have one res.
