Bios Help Zotac GTX 1080 AMP Edition

So I recently upgraded my rigg, but went cheap on the GPU. I bought a Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! Edition off of eBay and while it did work, something about it just wasn't right. It seemed to barely surpass my old RX 480 and while the 480 is a pretty good card for the money, I know the 1080 is supposed to blow it away. The seller had it in a mining rig and I suspected maybe it was some kind of modded bios. So I saved the original, downloaded this one
( https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/184354/zotac-gtx1080-8192-160608-1 ) which many threads pointed to as a working Bios. Now games are stuck at 15-16fps, memory is listed as 'unknown' in GPUz, and GPU memory is also locked at 405mhz. So I tried to flash the original back onto the card and somehow the save file corrupted. I read a few other threads where owners of the AMP! Edition, used the AMP! Extreme bios to unlock some extra horsepower as its basically the same card. I tried to do the same, but I have the exact same problems. Extremely low FPS, locked memory @405mhz, and memory listed as unknown. Here is the Bios file I used and still currently have equipped: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/185008/zotac-gtx1080-8192-160616. Im not a programmer, but I think my problem is that this card has a different memory manufacturer. The Bios versions I tried were listed for Micron and I think I might have a different kind. Perhaps Samsung or Hynix? I couldn't find any Bios files that support Samsung and I am out of ideas. Here is my GPUz screenshot ( http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/19/01/19/87k.png ). In case you are wondering my PC specs are a B450 Aorus Pro Wifi Ryzen 7 2700x w/Corsair Veng 3200. M.2 HP Nvme 500gb boot drive with 4tb HDD. Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! Edition and it runs off of a EVGA Supernova 750G+. If there is anyone out there that could help me find another Bios, or possible upload their version, I would be extremely grateful. If I have to, ill put a GPU on my credit card, but that's something I REALLY do not want to do. Thanks again.

@MrGenius @cdawall, can y'all look at his original bios for deciphering what ram is on that card.

Did you get this card new or used?

By the way did you ever install the motherboard chipset drivers???

It was used. Like I mentioned, I went cheap on the GPU and bought a mining card off of eBay. I have the original Bios save file, even though it says its corrupted when I go to install it. I don't know if there is a way to open it another way and look at it. Also, yes I installed them the day I built it.

Ok being a mining card its possible the bios may have been screwed up to begin with.

I will let you know right now you may need to follow my directions thoroughly.

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
You can also remove the heatsink and see what memory ics are there... just be sure to wipe off and reapply paste.

Yup this, take pictures of white stickers on back of card, and the ram chips, clear text visible and post them here.
