umm its in a vcr.stripped the whole thing apart and put a fully working pc in it. has 2 fans in it. had to cut the vcr a little bit so the psu would fit. runs at like 50 c idle (its a duron though)

Shame you had to cut the top, but that flip open to the I/O is sweet.

Thats pretty tight actually. Nj.

Neat. I like it. 6/10

Now you have me wanting to dig thru my old electronics, to see what I can stuff a computer in. lol

I voted 9/10 because:

It is vary nice i have never seen anything like it. Good work.

Had to give you 8/10

You gotta luv originality:) Kudos, that would make a great start for an HTPC and i agree with Wile E. it does makes you want to start looking around to see what you can Mod, I got a good start i got the same mobo.

8/10 for the idea. 5/10 for the implementation. You should have got a low profile PSU rather than having that hack-job.

Here are some nice ones: (Note that the ART is in making the PC invisible except for the ports. No hack-jobs)

This ^^ is a classic, and my favorite. An old "BBC micro" from 1982, stripped of its internals, and now running Windows, office and webbrowser. (The picture shown is with the PC running a BBC emulator in Windows)

Nice recycle of old portable TV in new portable PC with media server functions

Not bad as a media server ^^ and HTPC.

LOL ^^ software AND hardware in the box, quite a twist!

Fun fun. i like it. Would certainly deter theft! don't get much for a old VCR these days. i give 7/10

I would like it better if you would have used a smaller PSU so it would have fit in the case otehr than that i like it.

I voted 10/10 because:

Really tight build just needs a smaller psu

I voted 10/10 because:

When I first seen this I was like "Why the hell did this douchebag post his VCR, then I realized what it was. Great job.
10/10

while it may be ugly as heck but that's cool you should paint the psu to match the gray. either way 10/10.
