Hi everyone i would need your help on this one as i've already built a few units but can't figure out the issue on this one.

As the title say i just can't access the BIOS to insall W10 since i've no image
Specs are
-i5 10400F
-Asus Prime Z490-P
-2x8go 3200mhz
-RTX 3060

So i'll help a lot since i've already tested the PSU the GPU and the RAM in my own build, they all work fine, tried to swap mine into the failling build and still no boot
As i said there is no beeping error when i try to boot, only time it does is when i remove all the RAM sticks, but even if i remove the CPU and keep the RAM there is no beep.
I tried all of this without unnecessary hardwares, keeping only the GPU CPU RAM, no SSD no fans (keeping the CPU fan ofc)
Also i tried it out of the case on a plastic cover so there can be no shorts.
And yes i everything is plugged in correctly i've tried this at least 10 times and got it working first try in my main PC.

I really suspect either the CPU or MB to be dead and ordered new parts to test it but would like your take on it
Thank yuo :)

Just looking at the manual for your motherboard, it does not have a system speaker. So how were you expecting to hear any beeps? Did you attach a System Speaker to the motherboard's front panel I/O header?

Beyond that, it appears you have tried everything you could - including trying it outside the case.

It appears your next step is to "hurry up and wait" until your new parts come in. Keep us posted.

Does people still use System Speakers?
They should. System beeps can be very informative - if for no other reason than to notify you (without looking) that the system passed POST (power-on self test) with that reassuring single short beep. It is reassuring because that single short beep means your hardware (RAM, CPU, mobo, even the keyboard) is most likely good, up to the point the boot drive is touched.

In troubleshooting, noting the number and pattern of long and short beeps can also be very informative - not always, but often. So it is not old-fashioned at all.

The problem and reason why system speakers are only found on higher-end boards boils down to case makers getting cheap - and I mean really cheap. To save a few pennies, case makers stopped putting them in cases even though all ATX compliant motherboards support them, as required by the ATX Form Factor standard.

Budget and many small form factor (µATX and ITX) motherboards don't include them, though again they support them through the motherboard's front panel I/O header.

Fortunately, most higher end ATX boards include a small piezoelectric buzzer speaker. And I listen for that reassuring beep. But again, many boards don't so for all our builds here, we always add a System Speaker. Note that price is for 20 speakers so cost really is not a factor.

If you don't have a system speaker in your system, and you do your own troubleshooting, I recommend adding one. It literally takes just a few seconds and no software installation or configuration is required.

I bought a sack of beep units with motherboard headers, plug one in and system beeps should be good
