NZXT, a community-driven provider of PC hardware, software, and services today launches BLD Kit - a PC building kit that makes the experience of building a high-performance PC fun and achievable. Each BLD Kit box comes with everything needed to guide users through a PC building adventure— creating an experience perfect for families, first-timers, or for those who want an everything-in-one-place solution to building their own system.

The BLD Kit concept comes from years of user feedback, focus group builds, and a dedication to serving and growing the PC gaming community. Nice concept, hopefully no fire risk because you know NZXT will eff up if there is one. With all the new gamers and computer enthusiasts, this is great

Its the best way for NZXT to avoid accountability. If it catches fire - blame the person who bought the kit and built it.

This seems like a bad idea to me. There is a certain percentage of the population that doesn't belong anywhere near computer components or anything complicated. I have family members that I wouldn't trust to hold a screwdriver. At least we might get more "what's wrong with my computer guys?" posts here at TPU.

Its the best way for NZXT to avoid accountability. If it catches fire - blame the person who bought the kit and built it.

Its also a way to get GPUs in the hands of gamers, and profit through the hands of NZXT.

The judgment on that could really go either way lol...

Still, encouragement and more marketing push for DIY PC is always positive for all of us.
