be quiet!, the German manufacturer for premium PC components, is today announcing an addition to its portfolio of air coolers: Pure Rock LP is a low-profile cooler with a height of mere 45 mm, making it the CPU cooler of choice for ultra-compact Mini-ITX builds that require reliable cooling, while featuring a brushed aluminium design.

Due to its remarkably low height of 45 mm, Pure Rock LP will fit into the tightest of systems, such as Mini-ITX HTPCs and small multimedia or gaming systems. Its compact design enables full configurations of RAM banks even in PC cases with limited space. Despite its small size, Pure Rock LP delivers high enough cooling power of 100 W TDP thanks to three high-performance 6 mm heat pipes and a 92 mm quality fan. The fan has an ultra-low height of 15 mm and supports a silent operation of 30,6 dB(A) with a maximum speed of 2500 rpm. With its brushed aluminium finish and mounting options for AMD and Intel, the black Pure Rock LP will look good in any compact build. The cooler comes with a full 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

Pure Rock LP will be available from December 13 at an MSRP of $49.90 / €49.90 / £46.99.

Simple and clean, i like it!

Nice renders...

this is exactly what I need. For my itx build that will sport a 13700kf

Gonna have to undervolt it.

Gonna have to undervolt it.

yeah, I am expecting that I will have some work to do in order to reduce its overall power usage to mostly combat heat. I am willing to sacrifice a bit of performance in that too.

But its either that or a 12900KF if I can get it cheaper.

Super great cooler.

With 100 W it won't suit only ultra-compact Mini-ITX builds, but all ATX and CPUs rated up to 105 W, including Ryzen 5, and even Ryzen 9 5900X.

This looks like my kind of tech. :)

From the looks of it it doesn't need to be installed from the backside of the motherboard.
Will get one to replace the NH-L9a

I am a sucker for top-down-LP coolers. This one looks fantastic, I really want one to replace my Noctua LH-9. However, the Noctua has been on the market for so long, it also saturated the second-hand market.

I got mine second hand in mint condition with full packaging years ago, for less than half the price of this one. Only reason to ditch it would be when I switch to socket 1700 as it is not supported by NH-L9i.

That'd be a great fit for my little ITX box, freeing up the AIO position for liquid cooling the GPU
It's a 3 slot GPU mount, but you get locked to 2 slots with a taller cooler

I can't tell if you're sarcastic or not but I really do think they look good, and all black coolers are hard to photograph

I didn't say that it looks bad, I just said nice renders, because they are renders.:)

Sarcasm is hard to smell out online

"nice renders, PEOPLE WHO CANT TAKE PHOTOS DURR"
vs "those are high qualiy renders"
