It looks nice, but it's stupid expensive for a controller. This seems especially true when I can currently get a black one for $52, and they frequently go on sale for around $40. I can't imagine why some people pay for the elite $110 ones. I just can't see wasting money like that, especially if you get a lemon that goes bad at 91 days.

Someone needs to cut the casing on one of these open.
Is the design 'printed on', or an effect of the mixed-dyed plastics in the injection mold?

If it's printed on, this will wear, very very poorly.

If it's like the sea of thieve controller it's going to be a high quality print, I didn't have any smearing even after 4 years of use
