Very cool!! That is only the second one I have ever seen - I have one as well!
Its super interesting that yours appears to be 55nm and have 6+8 pin power connector, yet mine is 65nm and only has 6+6.
mine is 65nm and has display port out.
Kind of like an early GTX275 when you think about it. fully enabled set of cuda cores, but same memory config as a normal gtx260.

Behold, maybe the one and only RTX3050 Super!

And Windows with GPUz also recognize it as RTX3050 Super. So, what do we have here:

And actually we have here RTX3060 with fully enabled shaders (3840 vs 3584), it's like a laptop RTX3060M, but with 12Gb of GDDR6 memory instead of 6Gb. Card is fully working in general, but somehow there is a problem in compatibility with modern computers and with UEFI BIOS particularly. This videocard perfectly works as a part of old AM3 and LGA 1366 X58 systems, but has issues with modern AM4 and LGA1200 (computer reboots constantly within 2 seconds after start, even with iGPU as main display output). Unfortunately I don't know why, card looks like new and I even flashed it with retail RTX3060 BIOS - nothing changed, except that there were some graphical artifacts on a screen, so I flashed it back. Here are some benchmarks:
