sorry her child was born deformed, but it happens, and blaming a company 16 years late is really crappy.

If this is an american thingy it dont surprise me (no major offense intented)

I remember watching Topgrear and the crew were driving thru a hurricane wasted town, really nasty damage, and they found a family without a car, they lost it to the storm...

so.. they donated the car to that needy family, and guess what??

they got a letter from the family suing them for them stating the car was a particular model when the car was infact a slightly earlier version of that same model... utter disgusting imo
 
Meh, judging by her last name I could say something extremely criticising but I won't.

It's still a crock of crap, who knows why she "unintentionally inhaled substance A and substance B" maybe she was so hung over from a night out that she was stupidly clumsy and caused her own accidents leading to her inhaling the chemicals. To wait 16 years is a joke, I know that if my girlfriend/wife who worked near hazardous chemicals gave birth to a kid with 1.5 arms and brain damage I would immediately start chasing information.

"Oh my god! My child was born with physical and mental defections after I was working for a company that uses potent chemicals for 3 years... Oh well, I've got a batch of K6s to prepare next week." It skipped her mind for 16 years?
 
its possible the effects of her exposure (her fault for not following safety guidelines and wearing the proper ppe provided) to sed chemicals could of had a building and cumulative effect. Im sure AMD is well aware of the potential health hazards and liability lawsuits so Im most sure they had some safety program installed. This really looks like a case of poor judgement and not protecting herself.
 
She is a scam artist. And it was probably her fault for not following safety guidelines.

question is, was she notified of the Harmful chemicals that were being and that she should wear PPE when around the Chemicals, Also was there a MSDS around. There are so many variables that can come into play, i honestly think its a Big Money Scheme she is trying to pull, Cause if she was smoking during the Pregnancy/Drinking or not eating right that also comes into play. Beyond that Im sure a lawsuit on Intel would have appeared or has appeared in the past due to same thing.
 
Any chance she's part of Hector Ruiz's family and waited till he quit AMD ?.. Tell ya the truth i blame her too for working in such a place.

if it contains dangerous materials and if its not labelled properly and positioned in a way such that you could not avoid it, go sue for $20m and settle for $1m. and make sure to mention you got a micropenis because of it too, always looks good in front of a grand jury.
